RESERVEabout the 'Cubivan Pre-Order - CPO' reservation campaign
No. The reservation is not a purchase contract. It
merely entitles you to order the product later - as soon as the
official ordering phase opens - with a preferential and value-added benefit.
Delivery entitlement only arises with the separately
to be concluded purchase contract
The official ordering phase will probably open in early summer 2027. The exact timing is determined by the provider and will be announced exclusively on the official website.
You pay a deposit, the amount of which depends on the time of your registration: 150 € from 24.08. to 30.09.2026, 300 € from 01.10. to 30.11.2026, and 600 € from 01.12. to 31.12.2026. The promotion ends on 31.12.2026.
Regardless of the deposit amount you have paid, a fixed amount of 1,000 € will be credited towards the down payment or purchase price when making a binding order later. So those who reserve early pay less deposit, but receive the same credit value.
Yes, in principle: The credit value of 1,000 € applies in addition to future discounts, vouchers, or special promotions, unless the provider specifies otherwise for a specific promotion.
Yes. The provider may still adjust technical details, design, or features until the official order is placed. No claims can be derived from this against the provider.
The opening of the ordering phase will be officially announced on the official website. Additionally, information may be sent via email - but there is no entitlement to this. So it's worth checking the website regularly.
From the opening of the ordering phase, you have 60 calendar days to convert your reservation into a binding order and thus benefit from the credit value.
Then the claim to the credit value of 1,000 € expires. In this case, you can still request the refund of your deposit within the 6-month period (see next section); thereafter, all claims expire.
The time of receipt of your original deposit payment is decisive - not the time of the binding order. This order remains even if you transfer your reservation to someone else.
Yes, in two ways: First, as a consumer, you have a legal right of revocation of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract - without giving reasons and free of charge. Secondly, regardless of this, after the opening of the ordering phase, you can contractually demand the return of your deposit within six months.
The legal right of revocation (14 days from the conclusion of the contract) is free of charge and must be observed by us. The contractual right of return takes effect later - only after the opening of the ordering phase, at the latest six months thereafter - and is associated with a processing fee of 10 €. Until the opening of the ordering phase, the deposit is bound within this contractual right.
In the case of the legal 14-day revocation: no, you will receive the full deposit back. In the case of the subsequent contractual return (see above), a processing fee of 10 € will be deducted from the returned deposit. In both cases, the refund of the credit value of 1,000 € cancels the claim.
Send us an informal, clear statement in writing (e.g., by email) to the contact details provided on the website. You can also use the sample revocation form attached to the terms and conditions - but this is not mandatory.
Yes, the reservation is freely transferable - as often as you like, for a fee or free of charge, at a freely agreed price.
The transfer only becomes effective once the new owner is registered with the provider and all necessary identification details are available. Until then, the previous owner remains authorized. The original order (time of the first deposit payment) remains in place during the transfer.
Italian law applies. Jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, Bolzano. If you are a consumer, your legal place of residence remains unaffected.
Delays due to force majeure, official measures, delivery bottlenecks or similar events not attributable to the provider do not give rise to any claims for damages against the provider.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the applicable data protection regulations (GDPR and Italian data protection law).
